Sankar founded SkyGeni to transform how GTM teams grow revenue, and serves as its CEO. As someone with extensive experience creating, launching and scaling multiple SaaS and Cloud Services businesses, Sankar encountered many of the challenges our customers face firsthand.
Before founding SkyGeni, Sankar was the VP of Product at TriNet where he launched several new offerings including Workforce Analytics to deliver superior visibility and insights, and improve customer lifetime value. Prior to TriNet, Sankar was an EIR at Voyager Capital. Before joining Voyager, Sankar was the General Manager with P&L ownership for multiple new product lines at HP including SMB Cloud Solutions and DreamScreen. During his tenure at HP, Sankar led several product, strategy and technology teams.
Sankar holds 8 US patents and graduated as valedictorian of his MBA class from the Haas School of Business at UC, Berkeley. He also holds a Master’s degree in Information Systems from Texas A&M and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Coimbatore Institute of Technology.
Anthony serves as SkyGeni’s Chief Revenue Officer, and is responsible for Go-To-Market strategy and execution.
Anthony brings significant expertise in building high-performing revenue teams, forging strategic partnerships, and scaling growth across global markets. His proven ability to lead organizations through transformational growth aligns perfectly with SkyGeni’s mission: to redefine how B2B revenue teams accelerate revenue predictably and efficiently in a rapidly evolving world.
Prior to joining SKyGeni, Anthony held senior sales leadership roles at several technology companies including Kofax, Basis Technologies, Devo, HolistiCyber, HP and IBM. With this broad experience,Anthony is uniquely positioned to to address the challenges modern GTM teams face.
As Chief Customer Officer, Lakshmi owns the entire customer journey, and is responsible for ensuring that all our customers are successful in driving sustainable revenue growth. Lakshmi brings deep expertise in building world class Revenue Operations teams to SkyGeni.
Before joining SkyGeni, Lakshmi was Vice President, Global Operations for the Communications Business Unit at Oracle. Prior to her operational leadership roles at various Oracle divisions, she held leadership roles at Portal Software, startups and Big 5 Consulting. Lakshmi has walked in the shoes of our customers, aligning teams around one goal - delivering efficient, predictable revenue growth, and brings a unique combination of operational rigor and the ability to truly understand the pressures our customers face.
Lakshmi holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore, an undergraduate degree in Finance and Accounting from the University of Madras, and completed Executive Programs at IESE Business School, Barcelona and Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.
John “JT” Turner is passionate about building go-to-market strategies and scaling sales organizations. Energy, storytelling, and creating focused execution out of chaos are his strengths. JT builds and leads organizations to achieve breakthrough results using a playbook called the Victory Plan and the Lighthouse training program he wrote. He is an angel investor and serves as an advisor to several early stage startups.
JT’s career highlights include incubating and growing the Enterprise Global SaaS GTM Team for a Cybersecurity project at Google X from just 5 people to 100+. JT was part of the executive team that took TriNet public, and the team that drove one of the largest enterprise software mergers in history.
JT received a Bachelor of Science degree from Santa Clara University and was a four-year “walk-on” to the NCAA Division 1 basketball team. He contributes his time to several non-profit organizations dedicated to serving people experiencing homelessness and illness.
Danny Soosai is a proven GTM and Revenue Operations leader with extensive experience driving growth at top tech companies. He has led strategy, analytics, enablement & systems functions, helping organizations scale efficiently through data-driven decisions and operational excellence.
At Snowflake, Danny led GTM systems to support global growth. Previously, as VP of Sales Operations at Invoca, he was instrumental in enabling multi-product growth and market expansion.
Danny has held key roles at Meta, Oracle, Wrike, and Addepar, focusing on sales strategy, operations, and scalable revenue infrastructure. He brings a deep understanding of product-led growth (PLG), Sales, Marketing and Finance alignment, as well as the processes and systems to drive value creation with data. Danny's expertise supports SkyGeni’s mission to accelerate predictable revenue growth for our customers.
